At 6IX & SIPS, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Every item is carefully prepared, printed, and packaged with attention to detail before it ships.

Processing Time

Ready-to-go orders dispatch within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Custom-made orders require 2–5 business days for production.
Custom and personalized items may require additional production time depending on order volume and design complexity.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Within Canada

Standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days in Ontario; 5–10 business days in other provinces after your order has been processed.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier service.

Enjoy FREE shipping on Canadian orders over $80 CAD (before taxes, after discounts).

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date. We will work with you to find a solution as quickly as possible.
