At 6IX & SIPS, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. As many of our products are custom-made to order, please review the shipping information below before placing your order.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
  • Custom and personalized orders may require additional production time during peak seasons.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Within Canada 🇨🇦

We ship across Canada using trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, and other reliable courier services.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Ontario: 2–5 business days
  • Other Canadian Provinces: 5–10 business days
  • Rural or remote locations may require additional delivery time.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

6IX & SIPS is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • Orders returned due to an incorrect address.
  • Additional shipping charges required to resend returned packages.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • Include your order number and photos (if applicable).
  • We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Delays caused by:

  • Weather
  • Carrier issues
  • Customs inspections
  • Holidays
  • High shipping volumes

are beyond our control.
